When dealing with the soul we mingle with the intangible aspects of ourselves. This dimension is heavily connected to every part of our lives. While life coaching is aimed at addressing some intangible goals such as emotional balance, sense of purpose, and setting meaningful goals our guided meditations and restorative sound baths will allow you to further connect with the parts of you that can't be touched.

6-hour contracts receive a 10% discount, and 12-hour contracts receive a 15% discount. Life coach will discuss payment options before commencing coaching sessions.
Sound bath group sessions are limited to ten individuals. Schedule at least a week in advance as group sessions sell out quickly.
